Sitara carries a wide variety of vegetarian curry selections. Lentils, chickpeas, and assorted varieties of fresh vegetables are prepared in curry sauces. Lentils and Chickpeas are very high in protein, and preparing them in a curry sauce further enhances their taste and adds flavour. Paneer, a soft and light fresh Indian cheese (made from cow’s milk), adds aroma and flavour to the curries and is also high in protein.
Sitara chefs specialize in cooking vegan dishes that are equally tasty without the use of meat, dairy, oils and fats. Sitara chefs ensure that whatever you order from the menu will be custom-made to your palate. At Sitara, any dish can be made vegan and dairy-free with the same taste.
Sitara offers a wide selection of gluten-free options on its menu. In fact, 98% of Sitara’s menu is gluten-free. With the exception of Samosa’s, bread, chat papdi and dessert gulab jamun, the rest of the menu is gluten-free. Let our waiting staff know that you prefer a gluten-free diet, and the chefs will make sure that you receive all the entrees with no gluten or wheat flour.
